RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility: You can exchange for size or replace your slash belt within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for the same.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
Product Availability: In case the size requested/product requested is out of stock, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days.
Missing or Damaged Items
Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a CREDIT/GIFT CARD or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Exchange & Return Process

Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 72 hours.
Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your exchange or return within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy
Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
